The Big Quiet is back with a mass meditation at Lincoln Center's world famous Appel Room - the Greek-inspired Amphitheater with an enormous glass wall overlooking the city and park. We'll share a mass meditation and a short sound bath, followed by a series of back-to-back performances on the Appel Room's world class 360 degree Constellation Sound System. A DJ will close out the event as we meet new people and look out over the city below. A simple meditation technique will be shared for first time meditators.

To be inclusive of our growing community, we're offering two Big Quiet sittings – a 5:00pm and a 7:30pm. Pick the one that feels best to you, and please choose a ticket price based on your means. Both shows are general admission seating. Profits from this event will support a new collaboration between The Big Quiet and 1 Giant Mind to provide free learn-to-meditate tools to the world.
