Jon Gordon Nonet will feature “Michel,” a new Chamber Music America commission inspired by Gordon’s longtime friend Michel and his family’s escape from Nazi Germany in the late 1930s. Drawing on Michel’s life and resilience, the performance offers a personal reflection on survival and hope.
