Bursting with energy, swing, and remarkable young talent, Barcelona’s internationally acclaimed Sant Andreu Jazz Band brings its celebrated youth big band to the stage under the direction of bassist, saxophonist, and educator Joan Chamorro. Featuring musicians ranging from roughly ages 7 to 21, the ensemble breathes fresh life into the music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, bebop, and beyond with the kind of joy and musicianship that has earned them audiences around the world. This evening will feature three unique sets with special guest Paul Nedzela.

Take a journey through the timeless music of Duke Ellington, featuring some of the legendary composer and bandleader's most iconic works. The acclaimed Sant Andreu Jazz Band brings Ellington's enduring legacy to life with the energy and exuberance that have become the ensemble's trademark, joined by special guest Paul Nedzela.
