Bassist Corcoran Holt leads a heartfelt tribute to saxophonist, educator, and mentor Davey Yarborough, a cornerstone of Washington, D.C.’s jazz scene. As one of the creators of the jazz program at Duke Ellington School of the Arts, Yarborough inspired generations of young musicians with his passion and discipline, shaping artists who now share his legacy worldwide. This special performance brings together musicians across generations to celebrate his ongoing impact on the music and his artistry.
