This month, the Future of Jazz Orchestra ignites the stage with La Luz Del Son, a powerhouse ensemble bridging the sounds of Cuba and Philadelphia. Rooted in a rich tradition of musical exchange, this collaboration blends vibrant Cuban rhythms with bold original compositions. With explosive brass, driving percussion, and masterful improvisation, the night will feature works by FOJO music director Sam Harris, La Luz Del Son cofounder Jacob Kelberman, and other band members.
