Bria Skonberg returns to Dizzy's to celebrate her latest album, What It Means, with a heartfelt nod to her New Orleans jazz roots. She’ll be joined by a stellar ensemble, including the legendary Crescent City drummer Herlin Riley. Expect an evening of emotional depth and musical mastery, as Bria takes you on a journey through jazz standards like "Petite Fleur" and "Elbow Bump," puts a hard bop spin on Sonny & Cher’s "The Beat Goes On," and delivers a touching rendition of John Lennon’s "Beautiful Boy," dedicated to her new child. Bria's undeniable trumpet prowess and soulful voice will shine, solidifying her place as a distinctive force in jazz.
